- Government ID documents (for traveler verification)
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)
- Profile photo
- Device tokens for push notifications
- Package photos and delivery proof chain images

- To provide and improve our delivery marketplace service
- To verify your identity and maintain platform safety
- To process payments and payouts
- To send notifications about your deliveries and trips
- To resolve disputes and provide customer support
3. Information Sharing
We share your information with the following third parties:
- Stripe — payment processing
- SendGrid — email delivery
- Sentry — error monitoring (no personal data)
- Supabase — secure database and file storage
- Expo — push notification delivery
We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.
4. Data Retention
- Chat messages: retained for 2 years for dispute resolution
- Package photos: retained for 1 year after delivery
- Device tokens: deleted on logout
- Account data: retained until account deletion

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. Payments are processed by Stripe and we never store card details.
