Community Guidelines
GP Transit is built on trust between senders and travelers. These guidelines exist to keep our community safe, fair, and reliable for everyone.
For Everyone
Be honest. Provide accurate information about yourself, your packages, and your travel plans. Misrepresentation of any kind is grounds for immediate account suspension.
Be respectful. Treat every member of the GP Transit community with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Communicate promptly. Respond to messages in a timely manner. If plans change, notify the other party as soon as possible.
For Senders
- Only send items that are legal in both the origin and destination country
- Accurately declare the contents and value of your package
- Package your items securely to prevent damage during transport
- Never ask a traveler to carry prohibited items
- Be available to hand off your package at the agreed time and place
- Confirm delivery promptly once you receive your package
For Travelers
- Only accept packages you are comfortable carrying through customs
- Inspect packages before accepting — you have the right to refuse
- Never carry packages with unknown contents
- Follow all customs regulations in your origin and destination countries
- Deliver packages on time as agreed with the sender
- Take clear photos at every step of the proof chain
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited on GP Transit:
- Illegal substances or controlled drugs
- Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
- Cash, checks, or negotiable financial instruments
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Live animals or animal products requiring permits
- Counterfeit goods or pirated content
- Items subject to trade sanctions or embargoes
- Packages with declared value exceeding $2,000 USD
Consequences of Violations
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- Warning and temporary suspension
- Permanent account ban
- Forfeiture of pending earnings or refunds
- Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law
